What is CallSheet?
CallSheet allows you to input your telephone calls and internet connections in an easy format and then calculates your costs.
How do I use the sheet?
Quite simply all you need to do is input your time spent on-line into the relevant columns.
As this sheet is setup for South African tariffs, I hope you can modify it for your own country. I will explain how our phone system works so that you can understand how to modify CallSheet for your own country. Please email me a copy of your own CallSheet once you have modified this one and I will make it available for other users.

Setting up CallSheet for your own use
Cell B2 Cost per unit in cents (or whatever your currency is!)
Columns J and K are formulae columns and as such shouldn't be edited (unless you understand the formulae and what they calculate!)
Columns L and M are where you input your units in seconds:
Standard Cheap Distance
L4 M4 0-50km
L5 M5 50-100km
L6 M6 100-200km
L7 M7 >200km
I have set up CallSheet for 50 entries, but you can add extra if you ned more. (Remember to unprotect and then re-protect the formulae areas once finished - saves you from deleting important calculations!)
CallSheet is a small spreadsheet I wrote for my own use. If you find it useful, please send me a postcard:
